Common Types of Packaging

Paperboard Product Box

Our top-opening product box is made of strong and light 350gsm paperboard. A perfect choice for displaying your e-commerce or retail store products. We offer 3 different box styles: reverse tuck, snap bottom, and auto bottom.

Reverse tuck is a great all around product box. Better suited for lighter items and if you need two openings.
Snap bottom has the advantage of a stronger bottom at the cost of being slightly slower to set up.
Auto bottom also has a strong bottom and is extremely fast to set up, but costs more due to the extra step of gluing in the manufacturing process.

Cardboard Product Box

Our corrugated cardboard product box is perfect for bulkier products that need extra protection. While we offer E and B flute, the vast majority of our customers use E flute for their cardboard product boxes. We offer 4 different box styles: reverse tuck, snap bottom, regular slotted container, and mailer.

Reverse tuck is a great all around product box. Better suited for lighter items and if you need two openings.
Snap bottom has the advantage of a stronger bottom at the cost of being slightly slower to set up.
Regular slotted containers (RSC) are very efficient to produce due to minimal waste in the manufacturing process.
Mailer boxes are a one-piece die-cut box and incredibly sturdy. Suited for flatter items. Height cannot be greater than width.

Rigid Product Box

Our rigid product box is perfect for luxury items or for anytime you need premium packaging. More than 3 times thicker than our paperboard product box, our rigid product box is extremely strong and, well, rigid. We offer 3 different box styles: full telescope, partial telescope, and sleeve.

Full telescope rigid boxes have lids that extend all the way down to the base of the box.
Partial telescope means the lid only extends half way down the box.
Sleeve boxes have a sleeve lid that wraps all the way around the box.
