Send
Ask your suppliers to send each sample to our office in Shanghai. Shipping costs are about $2 and they should ship it for free.
Add
After all your samples arrive, we'll weigh your package and measure its dimensions. We charge by gross weight or dimensional weight, whichever is higher
Package
We'll package up all your samples and ship by air express (UPS/Fedex/DHL straight to you, arriving in about 7 days.
FAQ
We charge based on gross weight of the package or dimensional weight, whichever is higher. To calculate gross weight, we simply weigh your package in KG after all samples are inserted. We calculate dimensional weight according to the following formual: Dimensional weight (KG)=L*W*H(cm)/5000.

You can store your samples with us for up to 1 month. After 1 month you will be charged a storage fee of $50 per month.
Depending on where you live, you might be contacted to pay duties once your package arrives to your local UPS/Fedex/DHL office. In the USA, you don’t pay duties until a declared value of $800. In Canada, the limit is a declared value of $20. The amount is usually nominal (<$50) unless you are ordering large amounts or high value goods.
